Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags and original packaging intact.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval. The company reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
Returns must be sent by mail.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Final sale items, worn items, gift cards, and promotional items are non-refundable.

If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, 8 Gates 2 Paradise will cover the cost of return shipping. In these cases, a prepaid return label will be provided after the return request is approved.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
